What Pulse is

Pulse is a brand-reputation analysis service. We scan publicly available online sources for mentions of a brand you specify, analyze them, and deliver a one-time PDF Brand Analysis Report to the email address or download link you provide.

Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your card details — Stripe's hosted Checkout page handles that directly. By purchasing a report, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Accessing your report

There is currently no self-serve account system. After a successful one-time purchase, your PDF is made available via a secure download link sent to you, designed to expire 90 days after purchase.

Acceptable use

You may only submit brand names you have the right to request reputation data for (your own business, or one you are authorized to monitor on behalf of). Reports are for your internal use; you may not resell or redistribute Pulse's underlying report content as your own product without a separate agreement.

No guarantee of outcomes

Pulse reports reflect publicly available data at the time of scanning. We do not guarantee completeness of mention coverage, sentiment accuracy, or that any particular online mention will or will not be found.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
